| Construction of chart- All figures above have been extrapolated from Table 3-2 (page-80). Two adjustments were made: A) Table 3-2 show cumulative figures, and I felt showing -each year individually- was better; B) Table 3-2 also shows Technical violations of parole, which are not new crimes, accordingly they are omitted from the chart. |
